At the reception, Justice Minister Ha Hung Cuong was glad to meet Mr Hy Sophea and expressed the hope that the delegation’s visit would create positive progress in exchanging, discussing and signing the Convention on judicial assistance in the civil and commercial fields based on the agreement between two Ministries of Justice.
Cambodia is the only neighboring country that Vietnam hasn’t signed the Convention on judicial assistance in the civil and commercial areas. Meanwhile, two countries have traditional friendly relations and promoted the cooperation in various aspects of economics, commerce, tourism… Signing the Convention on judicial assistance will help to resolve the conflicts that may arise in international justice.
Mr Hy Sophea thanked Minister Ha Hung Cuong for spending time to receive the delegation. He also hoped that the Convention on judicial assistance between two countries would soon be signed./.-ITD
