At the 7th session, the National Assembly passed 11 laws and 6 resolutions, and commented on other 16 drafted laws. The Prime Minister, in the Official Document No. 1257/TTg-V.III dated 22 July 2014, requested ministries, ministerial-level agencies and relevant agencies to promptly implement these documents.
Regarding law making, the Prime Minister assigned Government Office in coordination with Ministry of Justice to make the list of documents detailing and guiding 11 laws adopted by the National Assembly, submitting to the Prime Minister for approval. In addition, according to the Resolution on law and ordinance making program of 2015, and the adjustment of law and ordinance making program of the 13th National Assembly and that of 2014, Ministry of Justice works together with Government Office, ministries and other ministerial-level agencies to draft a Resolution assigning agencies being responsible for drafting laws and ordinances, submitting to the Prime Minister for approval,
The Prime Minister assigned ministries and ministerial-level agencies, which have been in charge of drafting laws and ordinances commented by the National Assembly for the first time, to actively collaborate with organs of the National Assembly to acquire and complete these drafted laws on the basis of opinions of the NA’s delegates. What is more, such ministries and ministerial-level agencies need to prepare all contents and documents serving sessions of the National Assembly Standing Committee discussing and commenting on such drafted laws. If any difficulty occurs, they are required to promptly report to the Prime Minister for decisions.
In terms of acceding to international treaties, the Prime Minister assigned Ministry of Foreign Affairs to complete external procedures in accordance with current regulations regarding Vietnam's accession to the International Convention on International Interests in Mobile Equipment and Protocol Specific to Aircraft Equipment (Convention and Protocol). In which, Ministry of Foreign Affairs needs to clearly mention the content of the Vietnam’s statement approved by the National Assembly.
