The administrative procedures control at the Ministry of Justice: to simplify more than 60% of the procedures

Overcoming the difficulties, the administrative procedures control of Ministry of Justice has so far achieved encouraging results, of which the Ministry of Justice has simplified more than 60% of administrative procedures within its scope of management.

To implement the plan of simplifying administrative procedures under the Resolutions of the Government, Ministry of Justice has submitted the government to issue Decree No. 05/2012/ND-CP on amending, supplementing a number of articles of the Decree on registration of security transactions, legal aid, lawyers, legal advice, and Decree No. 06/2012/ND-CP on amending and supplementing some articles of the Decree on civil status, marriage and family and authentification; The MOJ also issued 08 Circulars and coordinated with Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment as well as Ministry of Transport in issuing two other Joint - Circulars. The remaining documents that need simplifying ( including 1 Law, 1 Decree and 3 Circulars) were submitted to the competent authorities. Therefore, the Ministry has implemented to simplify more than 60% of administrative procedures within its scope of  management.

In the coming time, the Ministry would review seven groups of administrative procedures mostly relating to citizens and organizations, including civil status, authentication, nationality, auction and registration of security transactions, state compensation and criminal records. Moreover, the administrative procedures control will focus on monitoring the implementation of administrative procedures.
