Thus, joint circular No.08 stipulated seven levels of rate instead of the 4 levels in Circular No.91/2008/TTLT-BTC-BTP (under 100 VND million, from 100 VND million to 1 VND billion, over 1 VND billion to 5 VND billion and over 5 VND billion).
In addition, Joint Circular No. 08 also provides the new charges for the notarization of lease land use rights; renting, leasing, leasing the asset (calculated on total rent). Specifically:
