Circular guiding the work of emulation and commendation in the Justice SectorOn 7 March 2011, Ministry of Justice issued the Circular No 06/ 2011/ TT-BTP guiding the work of emulation and commendation in the Justice Sector. The Circular guided the subjects, scope, principles, forms, criteria, competence, order and procedures for emulation and commendation; the Emulation and Commendation Council; units and regions of emulation and the emulation and commendation Fund in the Justice sector.The work of emulation and commendation in the Justice Sector will be implemented following the principles stipulated at Article 6 of the Law on Emulation and Commendation and at Article 3 and 4 of the Decree No 42/2010/NĐ-CP.This Circular takes effect on 20 April 2011 replacing Circular No 07/ 2006/ TT-BTP dated on 27 November 2006 of Ministry of Justice guiding the work of emulation and commendation in the Justice Sector and the Circular No 08/ 2007/ TT-BTP dated 14 November2007 of Ministry of Justice guiding the setting up, management and use of the Emulation and Commendation Fund in the Justice Sector./.- ITD

On 7 March 2011, Ministry of Justice issued the Circular No 06/ 2011/ TT-BTP guiding the work of emulation and commendation in the Justice Sector. The Circular guided the subjects, scope, principles, forms, criteria, competence, order and procedures for emulation and commendation; the Emulation and Commendation Council; units and regions of emulation and the emulation and commendation Fund in the Justice sector.
