- After receiving Establishment License, the Foreign Law Firm (Name of foreign company, move the Head Office from this province, city directly under the Central to other province, city directly under the Central; Director of foreign company; Practicing field) will apply Operation Registration Dossier to Justice Department of local office accommodation.
- After receiving full information and documentations required, the Justice Department will issue Operation Registration Certificate to Foreign Law Firm.
