* To effectively implement the joint-circular No.10/ 2011/ TTLT-BTP-TTCP dated June 6, 2011 of Ministry of Justice and Government Inspectorate on legal assistance with appealing administrative decisions, Tay Ninh provincial People’s Committee issued Official letter No. 388/ UBND-NC implementing the joint-circular No. 10.
* On March 12, at Judicial Reform Committee convenes fourth meeting, the Supreme People’s Procuracy representative reported on the progress of two projects related to reforming criminal procedures and shifting the People’s Procuracy to the public prosecutor’s office. The report also included the content of the projects, adjustments made and existing issues.
* After meeting covenant of 2012 emulation for the Mekong Delta Bloc in Vinh Long province, director of Kien Giang Department of Justice - Head of Regional competition on February 28 has given the plan of action No.13/KH-KVTD.DBSCL on implementing movement of the judicial authorities of provinces and cities bloc in Mekong Delta River.
