* Evaluating the results of the project named Consolidating, strengthening and improving the quality of human resources in the legal dissemination and education’s activities to meet the requirements of reform, development of the country in 2011 and implementing the key activities for 2012, Project Steering Committee on March 08 held a meeting under the chaired of Vice Minister Nguyen Thuy Hien-head of the Committee at the Ministry of Justice.
* Implementing Decree No. 63/2010/ND-CP dated June 08, 2010 of the Government on administrative control, Decision No. 31/2011/QD-UBND dated October 24, 2011 of Ben Tre Provincial People's Committee promulgated regulations on publishing administrative procedures in the province and achieve the objective of simplifying to ensure the uniform administrative procedures, provincial Department of Justice’s director signed plan promulgated administrative procedures review in the field of Justice for 2012.
