Justice news in brief 1/03
* On February 28, Quang Ninh provincial department of Justice held the conference deploying the implementation of Decree No. 55/ 2011/ ND-CP stipulating the functions, tasks, power and organisation of legal agencies.
* Chairman of Ha Nam provincial People’s Committee signed the Decision No. 408/ QD-UBND on the overall examination of the legal normative documents from 1997 to 2011. The plan will begin in March 2012 and the results of examination at provincial level and district level will be respectively announced before July 15, 2012 and August 15, 2012.
* Thanh Hoa provincial Department of Justice issued the plan on the implementation of Project improving the quality and effectiveness of the compilation on legal normative documents at district and commune levels in Thanh Hoa from now to 2016.
