Justice news in brief 24/02
* On February 20, Ministry of Justice held a workshop gathering opinions on the draft law on amending and supplementing some articles of the Law on lawyers. All the opinions at the workshop will be noted and sent to the compiling committee which has a meeting on February, 24, 2012.
* The Government issued Decree No. 10/ 2012/ND-CP detailing the implementation of the commune/ward/district town-based judicial education measures applicable to juvenile offenders. The Decree shall take effect from April 10, 2012 replacing Decree No. 59/ 2000/ ND-CP.
* Quang Ngai province has just reviewed the implementation of the law on promulgation of legal normative documents in 2004.
