* Conference launching the emulation movement among the justice and civil judgment enforcement agencies in Northern Delta provinces was held on February 21. Deputy Minister of Justice Pham Quy Ty attended the conference. At the conference, the agencies also signed the emulation convenant for 2012.
* Bac Giang provincial department of Justice has just launched the 2012 emulation movement. The movement was divided into two periods. The first stage is from now to June 11, 2012; the second one is from May 21 to September 30, 2012.
