Dien Bien sets up a notary office and grants operating license for a branch of lawyer practising organisation

Dien Bien provincial People's Committee on November 24, 2011 has signed Decision No. 1093/QD-UBND on the establishment of the Xuan Phuc Notary Office.
In the same time, the provincial Department of Justice has granted a branch’s operation registration for Long Tam Law Office - Dien Bien Branch.
