Implementing the Plan No. 104/2011/KH-UBND dated September 08, 2011 of Lao Cai provincial People's Committee on the implementation of the adoption Law, the provincial Justice Department on December 28, 2011 held a training course on the adoption law for nearly 100 delegates from the related departments and sectors in Lao Cai province.
