Implementing the Document No. 242/CT-TU dated October13, 2011 of Committee of Thanh Hoa Province on Strengthening the leadership and direct the implementation of law on tax for non-agricultural land use; and Decision No.3757/QD -UBND dated January16, 2011 signed by President of provincial People's Committee of Thanh Hoa on establishment of the Steering Committee to implement the Law on agricultural land use. Thanh Hoa Steering Committee for Law on Tax for non-agricultural land use on December16, 2011 issued the Plan No.72/KH-BCD implementing law on tax for non-agricultural land use in the province.
