Khanh Hoa: Implement review of 2004 Law on promulgation of legal documents plan
People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province issued Decision No. 3371/QD-UBND on the issuance of the Major Plan to implement the Law on Promulgation of legal documents of People's Council, People's Committee in 2004.
Under the plan, the review will be held at three levels. Department of Justice shall assist the provincial People's Committee to guide and supervise the review of the province; preside over and coordinate with the Office of National Assembly delegates and provincial People's Council and other related agencies implementing the plan and timely send draft report summarizing to the provincial People's Committee before March 2, 2012.
