Justice news in brief 1/8
* On June 24, the law research institute under Ministry of Justice in coordination with Dak Lak provincial Department of Justice held a seminar on practical implementations of the Civil Code regulations serving the building and perfection of the civil laws. The delegates at the seminar raised difficulties and limitations during the implementation of these regulations as well as the causes. They also recommended proposals and suggestions to amend and supplement the Civil Code in the coming time.
* On the official visit to the Russian Federation from June 26 to 30 of State President Truong Tan Sang, Vietnam and Russian Federation exchanged the Protocol approving the Agreement between the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Russian Federation on mutual legal and judicial assistance in civil and criminal matters and Additional Protocol to the Agreement between the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Russian Federation on mutual legal assistance in civil and criminal dated August 25, 1998.
