* Delegation of 21 officials of the Ministry of Justice and some of local judicial authorities led by Mr. Phan Chi Hieu, Rector of Hanoi Law University has participated in courses on international trade law and protection of intellectual property rights hosted by The International Development Law Organization based in Rome, Italy for two weeks from July16 - 28.The course is organized in the framework of the training program No.165 of the Government of Vietnam to the content includes two major international trade and intellectual property.
* On July17, Thanh Hoa Department of Justice held a Conference to preliminary review of judicial activities in the first 6 months and 6 months mission deployment in late 2011. Attending at the meeting were leaders of the department heads of related departments, units; district Chief Justice.
* People's Committee of Yen Bai province on July13 issued Decision No. 777/QD-UBND to issued a list of documents are amended and supplemented, taking out the construction program of legal documents submit to Provincial People's Council, and the construction program of legal documents of People's Committee of Yen Bai province in 2012. Accordingly, the program is supplemented, issue 38 documents (12 resolutions and 26 decisions), adjust the time issued of 10 documents (01 resolutions and 09 decisions, taken out of 09 cultural programs copies (05 resolutions and 04 decisions) than the construction program of legal documents the provincial People's Council and the Program for building legal documents of People's Committee of Yen Bai province in 2012 was issued in Decision No. 147/QD-UBND dated 23/02/2012 of the People's Committee of Yen Bai province.
