A training course on registry of secured transactions held in Vinh Phuc

On November 1, Vinh Phuc provincial People’s Committee held a training course on registry of secured transactions.

At the course, legal experts from Department of Registry of Secured Transactions under Ministry of Justice briefly introduced the key points of Decree No. 83/ 2010/ ND-CP of the Government and other legal knowledges relating to registration of secured transactions./-ITD
