On September 28, Justice Deputy Minister Nguyen Thuy Hien had a working session with Vi Thanh Law Junior College. Attending the meeting were leader of the managing Board and units under the College.

On October 04, the Party Standing Committee of the Justice Ministry hosted a conference on self-criticism and collective-individual criticism following the 4th Central Resolution. Mr. Ha Anh Dan, Chairman of the Inspection Commission under the Party Committee of the Centrally-run Agencies bloc attended the meeting.

On September 26, Deputy Minister Hoang The Lien had a courtesy meeting with Mr. Daniel Toole-the UNICEF Regional Director for East Asia- to discuss issues of mutual interest.

Minister Ha Hung Cuong on September 23 signed a Memorandum of Understanding between Vietnamese Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Justice and Equality of Ireland on cooperation in the field of law and Justice after witnessing the signing of agreement with the administrative procedures applied in cooperative adoption between Vietnam and Ireland.

On September 24, Deputy Minister Hoang The Lien held a courtesy meeting with President of Japan-Vietnam Friendship Association of Lawyers (JVFLA) Aoyama on the occasion of his working visit to Vietnam.

On September 18, the signing ceremony of a joint circular on guiding the implementation of the State's liability in civil proceedings’ activities, administrative proceedings took place in Hanoi. In the presence of the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court Truong Hoa Binh and representatives from a number of agencies, units, Justice Deputy Minister Pham Quy Ty, Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court Tong Anh Hao, Vice Chairman of the Supreme people's Procuracy Nguyen Thi Thuy Khiem agreed to sign this joint Circular. The Joint Circular consists of five chapters, 28 articles and 11 of the attached forms and will be effective from November 12, 2012.

Ministry of Justice in collaboration with the University of Kyushu, Japan on September 17 hosted the workshop with topic "legal and judicial training co-operation ". The workshop was attended by Kyushu University Professor delegation included 10 prestigious law professor of Japan and representatives of relevant Departments under MOJ were International Cooperation, Department of Organization and Personnel, Office of Ministry, Hanoi Law University, Judicial Academy and numerous staff, students currently enrolled in the training facilities of the Ministry.

On September 14, Minister of Justice Ha Hung Cuong has to work with the provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee of Hung Yen in the Tonkin Delta provinces. Attending at the meeting were Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Van Cuong, Deputy Permanent Secretary Doan The Cuong, Chairman of the provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Thong and leaders from relevant departments of judicial authorities in the province.

On September 14, under control of the Central Propaganda Department, Agencies’ Party Committee, Party Committee of the Justice Ministry in collaboration with the Party Commission organization Conference on the thorough implementation of the Resolution of the Central Party Committee.
