New documents Administrative infringements in the field of tourism will get heavy punishments Shortening the marriage registration time Government has issued Decree No. 06/2012/ND-CP amending and supplementing some articles of the Decree on civil status, marriage and family, authentication, in which adding regulations on civil status registration records through the postal system and shortening the marriage registration time. Accordingly, the time of the marriage registration has been shortened from 5 days to 3 days. Shortening the time of granting legal aid collaborator’s card According to Decree No.5/2012/ND-CP amending and supplementing some articles of the Decrees on registration of security transactions, legal aid, lawyers, legal consultancy, the time of granting collaborator’s card will be 7 days instead of 22 days as currently.
