Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung has signed two documents issued new legislation in the field of administrative reform and non-governmental organizations Following the Prime Minister’s Decision No.263/QĐ-TTg on reviewing administrative procedures in 2012, The targeted procedures are related to business registration and operations, customs procedures, taxes, insurance, stock trading, exports, consumption and consumer interests, food safety, investment projects, unemployment insurance, migration, copyrights, and pay television.
The results of this administrative review are expected to be reported to the Government before August 31.
New documents Administrative infringements in the field of tourism will get heavy punishments Shortening the marriage registration time Government has issued Decree No. 06/2012/ND-CP amending and supplementing some articles of the Decree on civil status, marriage and family, authentication, in which adding regulations on civil status registration records through the postal system and shortening the marriage registration time. Accordingly, the time of the marriage registration has been shortened from 5 days to 3 days. Shortening the time of granting legal aid collaborator’s card According to Decree No.5/2012/ND-CP amending and supplementing some articles of the Decrees on registration of security transactions, legal aid, lawyers, legal consultancy, the time of granting collaborator’s card will be 7 days instead of 22 days as currently. |
