Amending regulation on enterprise registration The Government issued Decree No. 05/2013/ND-CP dated January 09, 2013 amending and supplementing a number of articles of provisions on administrative procedures of Government’s Decree No. 43/2010/ND-CP, of April 15, 2010, on enterprise registration. Regulation on the administrative penalties for producing and trading counterfeit goods The Government has just issued Decree No.08/ 2013/ ND-CP dated January 10, 2013 on the administrative penalties for producing and trading counterfeit goods. The Decree deals with the acts of administrative violations, the forms and rates of penalties, and the remedial measures applicable to the administrative violations, the procedures and authority to impose administrative penalties for acts of producing and trading counterfeit goods. Decree aims to help human trafficking victims Government has just issued Decree No 09/2013/ND-CP dated January 11, 2013 guiding a number of articles in the Law on human trafficking combating and prevention. The Decree consists of 5 chapters, 29 articles. Guiding a number of articles of the Law on Social Insurance on regarding compulsory social insurance On October 18, Minister of labor, war invalids and social affairs issued Circular No.23/2012/TT-BLDTBXH on amending and supplementing some contents of Circular No.19/2008/TT-BLDTBXH dated September 23, 2008 on amending and supplementing Circular No. 03/2007/TT-BLĐTBXH dated January 30, 2007 on guiding the implementation of some articles of Decree No. 152/2006/ND-CP dated December 22, 2006 of Government on guiding a number of articles of the Law on social Insurance regarding compulsory social insurance. The Directive No. 27/CT-TTg to settle unsolved debts in basic construction at the local level The Prime Minister has signed to issued Directive No. 27/CT-TTg on the key solution to overcome the unsolved basic contruction debts at the local level, which requires the resolute implementation of arrears handling construction. This work was carried out gradually according to the schedule each year and logical order of priority, ensuring that by the end of 2015 to complete the processing of basic construction debts. |
