On October 08, Justice Department of Thua Thien Hue province organized a capacity building training course for legal support staffs are working in the field of business. This course was attended by 100 students from the provincial departments, organizations were representing from commercial enterprise, bar associations and state enterprises.

During his work visit to Northern provinces, Justice Deputy Minister Nguyen Duc Chinh on September 27 has visited and worked in the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department of Binh Dinh Province. Attending at the meeting with the Deputy Minister was Mr Hoang Sy Thanh, Acting General Director of Civil Enforcement; Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement of Binh Dinh Province leaders, leaders of professional units, organizations and officers from Civil Judgment Enforcement Department of Qui Nhon.

Nghe An: to open another notary office

On April 4, 2012, Chairman of Nghe An provincial People’s Committee issued Decision No. 1098/ QD-UBND on establishing Tay Nghe notary office (in Anh Son district). On that legal basis, the provincial Department of Justice granted the operation registration certificate No. 429/ TP-DKHD dated April 24, 2012 to Tay Nghe notary office.
Ho Chi Minh municipal notary society makes its debut

On May 5, at the headquater of Ho Chi Minh municipal Department of Justice, the municipal notary society held the congress for the stage 2012-2015.
