Vietnam - Japan elevate relations to Extensive Strategic Partnership
On May 12, Minister of Justice Ha Hung Cuong had a courtesy meeting with Mr. Hiroshi Fukuda, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to Viet Nam.

The minister said that in the period 2016-2017, Vietnam will continue to reform the legal and judiciary system, therefore, the need for training of human resources for judicial reform is huge and sacrifice expectations. He hoped that the Embassy would continue to concern of this work.

The Ambassador consented to the Minister ideas that the relationship between Vietnam and Japan, not just " lip strategic partnership " that needs to continue raising interest " broad strategic partners " to promote common development of the two countries. Mr. Hiroshi said that during deep international integration, extensive training of human resources in the field of international law is extremely important to resolve controversy internationally accepted. Besides, Vietnam needs to continue to strengthen and build anti-corruption laws. Ambassador also shared a number of issues related to the detection of bribery, and hopefully in the future Vietnam will not become corruption.

End of the meeting, the Minister thanked for Ambassador visited and worked in the Justice Ministry and hope Mr. Hiroshi Fukada will successful his working term in Vietnam and has many practical contribution to promoting comprehensive cooperation of Vietnam and Japan.
